serene is a café concept for middle park, conceived around the quiet warmth of a coastal setting. a restrained palette of sandy render, polished concrete and pale upholstery creates a calm interior, shaped by curved walls, arched openings and a softly formed ceiling.
at its centre, a curved servery combines a rendered upper surface with richly veined viola marble. the stone continues into a circular floor inset, grounding the counter and its integrated seating within the open space. colour blocking gives this central composition definition, while cloud-like pendant lights introduce a lighter sculptural element overhead.
continuous perimeter seating follows the architecture, paired with minimal black tables and integrated circular seats. small round wall lights and concealed ceiling lighting draw out the rendered textures, completing a hospitality concept that feels warm, uncluttered and quietly expressive.
