botanica house
a heritage-listed clinker brick home built in 1943, botanica brings a contemporary approach to family living in sunshine, within a distinctive architectural setting. a complete redesign, renovation and two-storey rear extension connect the original home with a lighter, more open interior.
arched openings, fluted-glass steel doors and a bespoke fireplace establish a gentle rhythm through the spaces. pale timber joinery, veined stone and integrated shelving bring warmth and practical clarity, with tailored study and storage areas supporting daily life.
close collaboration with the clients and the wider design and building team guides the transition between old and new, with specialist suppliers and trades contributing to the bespoke detailing. the home is currently under construction.
